How can Lobbi VI
help your store?

Straight answers about how Lobbi VI learns your business, supports your team, and keeps you in control.

01

Getting started

What Lobbi VI is, how it learns, and where your work lives.

01What is Lobbi VI?

Lobbi VI is an AI-powered business operating system that helps store owners understand what needs attention, make better decisions, and organize work across the business.

02Can Lobbi support my industry?

Yes. All industries are available. Each Lobbi Team is custom-curated for the needs of your industry. Once your team is in place, you teach it how your specific business operates—your goals, products, customers, workflows, priorities, and standards—and your Lobbi Team goes to work with that understanding.

03Does Lobbi support languages other than English?

Yes. Lobbi has a built-in language pack that supports multiple languages. You can select your preferred language from the dropdown in advance, before you begin working with your Lobbi Team.

04Will it save me time?

Yes. Lobbi helps organize information, surface priorities, prepare recommendations, and direct you to the correct workspace so you spend less time figuring out what to do next.

05Does Lobbi learn how my store operates?

Yes. You teach Lobbi about your products, locations, goals, customers, vendors, and operations. The more approved information you provide, the more relevant its guidance becomes.

06What will I see when I sign in?

You will see your most important recommended next steps, items requiring attention, messages, business-profile progress, and links to the tools needed to complete the work.

07Will I have to set everything up myself?

No. You do not need to worry about setup. Your dedicated account manager will set everything up for you and guide you through the onboarding process.

08Where do I ask for help?

Use Ask Lobbi. Describe what you need in your own words, and Lobbi identifies the right team and recommends the next step.

09Do I need to know which department to choose?

No. Lobbi can route your question to the appropriate team, such as Marketing, Business Operations, Customer Intelligence, or Professional Services.

02

Running your store

Daily operations, inventory, documents, marketing, and customer growth.

10How can it help with daily operations?

Lobbi can help identify missing business information, organize operational priorities, track review requests, and guide you to the Operations Workspace where tasks and records are managed.

11Can it help with inventory and purchasing?

Secure POS and inventory analysis is a planned capability. When activated, it can help review sales velocity, product cost, markup, margins, slow-moving products, vendor concentration, and reorder opportunities.

12How is Lobbi different from the data my POS system gives me?

Your POS system tells you what happened inside your store—what sold, when it sold, how much inventory moved, and what revenue was generated. Lobbi is designed to go further. Your POS data becomes one source within a broader intelligence picture.

That broader picture may include:

  • Your inventory, purchasing, and vendor information
  • Customer and marketing activity
  • Local and regional demand signals
  • Product and category trends
  • Public search interest and customer sentiment
  • Industry and legislative developments
  • Information from other approved Lobbicore products and data sources

Lobbi connects these signals to help you understand:

  • What customers may be looking for next
  • Which products or categories are gaining interest
  • Where you may be overstocked or understocked
  • Which marketing opportunities may attract new customers
  • What changes could affect your business
  • What action you should consider taking next

A simple way to think about it:Your POS reports the activity in your store. Lobbi combines that activity with broader business and market intelligence to help you spot opportunities, respond to trends, and grow.

Live recommendations will only use data sources that are securely connected, approved, and clearly identified.

13Can I give Lobbi a document to analyze?

Document analysis is designed as a central Ask Lobbi feature. Once secure upload, scanning, consent, extraction, and retention controls are activated, Lobbi can summarize documents, identify missing information, extract important dates and action items, and route sensitive matters for human review.

14How does it help with marketing?

Lobbi can help organize campaign ideas, identify missing information, prepare marketing briefs, recommend the right workflow, and connect you with the Marketing Center or human content team.

15Does it create content, graphics, or videos?

Lobbi can help prepare the strategy or request. Human-created content, graphic design, photography, video, and specialized creative work may be priced separately.

16Can it help attract and retain customers?

Yes. The platform is designed to help organize customer outreach, consent-based customer information, promotions, retention opportunities, events, reviews, and local visibility.

03

Intelligence & services

Market signals, industry changes, workspaces, and professional support.

17Does it provide market insights?

The Market Intelligence area is designed to show sourced, dated, and clearly explained market signals. Insights will distinguish public interest from actual purchase data and will include confidence and limitations.

18Can it help with laws and industry changes?

The Industry Intelligence area is designed to explain relevant legislative and regulatory developments. Live information will appear only from approved and verified sources.

19Can it help with insurance, bookkeeping, or payment processing?

Lobbi can organize your request and route it to an appropriate human professional. It does not pretend that licensed or professional review has already occurred.

20Where do I complete the actual work?

Lobbi helps you decide what to do. Your Workspaces help you get it done. Marketing, Operations, Website, Creative Studio, Community Tour, and Professional Network each organize the relevant tasks and progress.

21What is the Inbox for?

Inbox contains items needing your attention, such as staff replies, approval requests, review updates, alerts, and changes in task status. It does not duplicate your normal Ask Lobbi conversations.

22Where are completed reports and files stored?

Approved reports, finalized briefs, completed analyses, and lasting records belong in Reports & Files.

04

Trust & control

Permissions, verification, privacy, and keeping you in control.

23Will Lobbi make changes without my permission?

No. Lobbi does not automatically spend money, launch advertising, publish content, contact customers, change business records, purchase inventory, or begin paid professional services.

24Is every Lobbi response verified?

No. Lobbi VI means Verified Intelligence, but each response is labeled accurately. Information may be marked AI-generated, evidence-backed, awaiting confirmation, staff verified, human reviewed, or requiring professional review.

25Is my store’s information kept separate from other businesses?

Yes. Each organization has its own protected workspace, permissions, records, and data boundaries. One store’s private information is not shared with another store.

26Can my staff use it too?

Yes. Access can be controlled by organization, location, role, and permission so each person sees only the areas and information they are authorized to use.

27What is the simplest way to understand the system?

Ask Lobbi for help. Open a Workspace to get the work done. Check Inbox when something needs your attention.
